ABOUT INOPTIX
3D Imaging Sensors
- Short-wavelength infrared (SWIR) technology provides a higher level of recognition ability in challenging environments, such as areas with dust, fog, darkness, and glare
- Also, the technology is classified as an “eye-safe laser,” having the advantage of low vision impairment risks
- As a field of application, the technology can be utilized in 3D image sensors applied to LiDAR and smart terminal devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
Medical/Healthcare Sensors
- SWIR technology provides medical video images in areas that cannot be seen by the naked eye
- The technology is also applied to healthcare sensors, such as non-invasive blood sugar sensors.
- As a field of application, the technology can be utilized by applying to SWIR medical video cameras, smart rings/watches, etc.
Under-Display Sensors
- Thanks to its high light penetrability, SWIR technology provides excellent display utility by being applied to under-OLED display sensors
- In particular, the OLED vision provides high display utility and stability for human eyes in areas of sensing objects close to the eyes
- As a field of application, the technology can be utilized by applying to built-in OLED display sensors (in-cabin sensors) in smart terminal devices (phones, laptops, etc.)
Surveillance
- SWIR technology has low light dispersion, meaning it can detect objects at considerably long distances and provides high detection performance in challenging environments, such as areas with fine dust, fog, smoke, and darkness.
- As a field of application, the technology can be utilized as surveillance devices in security and national defense areas.
